By accessing or using HorusQA ("the Service"), operated by HorusQA ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HorusQA is a web-based platform for automated QA testing of web applications. The Service includes a web dashboard for managing projects, flows, and test runs, and a Chrome Extension for recording browser interactions. We execute automated tests using Playwright and deliver results including screenshots, videos, and pass/fail status.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to core features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription plans, pricing, and feature limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, invoicing, and refunds. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Paddle according to their refund policy. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all test data you create through the Service (flows, steps, recordings, screenshots). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorusQA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that test results will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by HorusQA and protected by intellectual property laws. The HorusQA name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
